EducUp Refund Policy


At EducUp, we are committed to delivering high-quality, accessible, and transparent learning experiences. To help you make an informed decision before purchasing, we offer free access to selected lessons or modules from most of our courses. This allows you to explore the material and decide whether it suits your learning needs before making a payment.

No Refunds After Course Activation

Once a learner purchases a course and begins engaging with its content鈥攊ncluding watching lessons, completing quizzes, or starting tests鈥攖he course is considered activated and non-refundable. This policy applies to both individual courses and bundled programs.

14-Day Refund Window for Unused Courses

If you have not accessed any part of the course, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Requests must be submitted in writing via our support team and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Exceptions (For Accredited Courses Only)

In rare and specific cases involving accredited courses, refunds may be granted even after partial access if:

  • The program does not qualify for official credit in the state or jurisdiction for which the learner intended to use it, and this information was not clearly stated prior to purchase.
  • There is a material error or misrepresentation in the course description related to its accreditation or applicability.
  • A duplicate purchase was made accidentally under the same account.

All such exceptions will require documentation and are subject to review and approval by our team.
