If you are unsatisfied with a course, you may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not completed the course or received a certificate of completion.

Non-Refundable Cases – Refunds are not available for:
  • Courses that have been fully completed or where continuing education credits have been reported.
  • Subscription-based services after the billing cycle has started.
  • Purchases made through third-party platforms, as these are subject to their respective refund policies.

Course Exchanges:
